Aims and Scope:
Founded more than 60 years ago, BJC's mission has been to encourage communication of the very best cancer research from laboratories and clinics in all countries. The breadth of its coverage, its editorial independence and its consistent high standards have made BJC one of the world's premier general cancer journals.

BJC works with a distinguished team of international experts to ensure the highest standards of selection and review. Full research papers and short communications are published under five broad headings: Clinical Studies, Translational Therapeutics, Molecular Diagnostics, Genetics and Genomics, and Epidemiology.

In 2002, BJC launched the minireviews programme. The aim of BJC minireviews is to provide short, accessible reviews on the most currect topics in the field of cancer research. Topics covered are broad ranging and reflect the multidisciplinary nature of the journal.

Readership: Researchers and clinicians in cancer and cancer-related disciplines.
