No. 1 journal in Optics and Physics, Applied
Aims and Scope:
Launched in January 2007, Nature
Photonics is a monthly journal dedicated
to publishing top-quality, peer-reviewed research in all
areas of light generation, manipulation and detection.
Coverage extends from research into the fundamental properties of light and how it interacts with matter through to the latest designs of optoelectronic devices and emerging applications that exploit photons. It publishs review articles, research papers, News and Views pieces and Research Highlights summarizing the latest scientific findings in optoelectronics and optics.
In addition, the journal features a regular "Nature Photonics Technology Focus" supplement. Each Technology Focus contains a unique mix of industry-related articles that cover important emerging applications and the latest product developments within a particular technology theme.
Readership:
The journal is a
unique resource for engineers working in photonics and
and optoelectronics based both in academia and industry as well as chemists, physicists and materials scientists.
Online features and site license access:
- Online archive available back to January 2007.
- A site license provides access to all content published during the supply period. Access is granted to a further rolling four-year archive during the supply period only. Archive content not included in the license agreement is available to purchase.
- Indexed in NASA Astrophsics Data System (ADS) and Science Citation Index.
